• I have made no changes other than plug in updates. and any automatic updates by woo commerce. My customers find that there were no shipping options at checkout yet I have checked and not changed any of the shipping options. Is this come about by a woo commeerce update? I don’t know how to remedy this.

    I have found out that this problem stems from the use of “weight based shipping’ being used having changed during an upgrade by woocommerce to weight based shipping (legacy). I have not changed anything. What do I now use when weight based shipping (legacy) is telling my customers there is no shipping option for this address? What must be changed and how?
