    Hi there

    WooCommerce’s official Shipment Tracking plugin stores tracking details in _wc_shipment_tracking_items (see https://woocommerce.com/document/shipment-tracking/) however it seems that DHL Paket stores it elsewhere and therefore does not get added to Order Confirmation Emails.

    Would it be possible to extend DHL Paket store Tracking in aforementioned please?

    Thank you for your message!

    You’re right the current version of our plugin does not store tracking data in _wc_shipment_tracking_items. However, we’re already working on adding support for it and it will be released soon.

    In the meantime, you can still send tracking details via email using the built-in feature in our plugin. Here’s how:

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Paket.

    Enable the “Tracking Email” setting – this adds the tracking number and link automatically to the completed order email.

    You can also customize the tracking message using the {pr_dhl_tracking_note} placeholder in your email templates.

    hey!! Thanks for you complete reply! I do use email unfortunately, it does not work for international orders (only national, as advised by DHL Support).

    Very much looking forward to the update! Is it weeks or months away?
