Can I assign different points earning rates per payment method?

    Hi there,

    I’m using Points and Rewards for WooCommerce and would like to reward customers differently depending on the payment method they choose (e.g., higher points for bank transfer, lower for credit-card).

    Questions

    1. Does the plugin currently support setting distinct points-earning rates per payment gateway?
    2. If not, is there a recommended snippet, hook, or add-on that would let me implement this?
    3. Are there any known limitations or conflicts I should be aware of?

    Hello ,

    Thank you for sharing your query with us!

    In reference to your query , currently you can set rewards for paying via specific payment method but that particular points will be applicable to all selected payment method and you cannot set different points to different payment methods in our plugin.

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    Just to clarify – would it be possible to customize the reward points for each payment method individually using a code snippet or filter hook?

    For example, by adding a add_filter() function in the functions.php file?

    If such an approach is not supported at all by your plugin’s architecture, I understand.

    But if there’s any workaround or documentation on using hooks/filters, I’d appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.
