Can’t connect / An error occured

Hi Ally-Support,
I am trying to integrate Ally in one of my customer’s website with Elementor Pro and the Hello Theme. When installing Ally, it never asked to connect to the Elementor license. It directly redirected to Settings > Design and whenever I try to “Save changes”, it says “An error occured” in red
I also can not go to Plugins and the blue connect-link in the plugin overview, it directly redirects to Settings > Design again and shows “An error occured”.
And even tough Ally is activated, I can not see it in the frontend of the websites. I guess, because it never got connected?
