The add on prices are not adding

    Hello,
    I hope you are doing great! 😀

    I have checked your site and I can see the product price change in the totals box.

    To change also the base price, please, make sure you have the “Change the product base price with the calculated total” option enabled in General settings -> General options .

    Please, check it and let us know.

    That’s weird… yes, the price changes in the totals box. But the new price does not show in the cart and checkout pages 🙁

    I also checked the “change the product base price with the calculated total” option, but the new price still does not show in the cart and checkout.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the information. In this case, I suggest you try disabling all the plugin except for WooCommerce and our plugin and then check if the issue is solved.

    If so, you can then enable the rest of the plugins, one by one, to find which one was causing the issue.

    All plugins disabled, only Woocommerce and YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons are active. But the add on price is still not adding 🙁

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the information. I tried to replicate the issue you mentioned in my local installation without success. Could you try changing to the default WordPress theme with only our plugin and WooCommerce enabled?

    This way we can be sure if the issue is related to the theme or our plugin.

    If you still have issues, please send us a screenshot or a video of the settings you used for the add-ons so we can check it.

    Ahh! I figured it out — the Label field was blank, so it was not adding. I filled it in and now the plugin works perfectly.
