Move the settings menu back to “settings”!

    There is a new completely unnecessary top menu item since the last version. Prior to this the menu has been properly placed in the global “settings” menu. Please move it back. It makes no sense to have it as a top menu item, it is bad practice and very annoying.

    Hi, We received feedback that the menu was harder to find. The older settings have now been restored.
