WP Rocket generally shouldn’t cause any issues with NotificationX. I’ve just tested it on my end, and everything is working well. So it’s quite unusual that you’re experiencing this problem.
Could you please let us know what type of notification you’ve created on your site? And after enabling WP Rocket, are the social proof notifications not appearing at all?
I checked your website, and it looks like the social proof notifications are currently disabled. As a next step, I’d recommend enabling the “Exclude Credentials” option (https://d.pr/i/be1pOb) from the NotificationX settings. Then, please re-enable the social proof feature and check again. This should resolve the issue.
If it’s still not working, kindly keep the social proof notifications active and let us know. Our team will take a closer look and help you fix it quickly.

After checking, I noticed an error (https://d.pr/i/2cr6WS, https://d.pr/i/sfmtFy) on your site. It appears that you’re using Cloudflare, and it’s currently blocking our API requests—this is likely the reason you’re experiencing issues.
To resolve this, please whitelist the following API URL in your Cloudflare settings and then try again. That should fix the problem.
https://[your_site_URL]/wp-json/notificationx/v1/notice/?frontend=true
