Hi, I’ve just updated the gallery plugin and started using the Zoe hover effect in the justified gallery layout.

I’d like to change the font style and size used in the hover text, but I don’t see any font customization settings in the hover section.

Could you point me to where I can modify this, or should I use custom CSS?

    Hi! Thanks for reaching out.

In the Thumbnail Settings, where you select the hover type, you can currently customize the text and overlay colors-including the title, description, and overlay panel color (for the Zoe effect, it’s the panel overlay color). However, the new hover effects like Zoe use a different architecture and aren’t fully customizable via custom CSS at the moment.

We’re actively working on expanding the font customization options for hover effects, this will include font type, size, and style. A new set of hover settings will be released in the next few days, including:

    – Highlight text options to improve readability

    – An inverted hover mode that changes how text behaves during the animation

We appreciate your patience, and we’ll let you know as soon as the update is live!
