I have tried everything I can think of to fix this and NOTHING is working!

This is the temporary location of the work I’m doing: https://ab0bae885310598448.temporary.link/

The header font is supposed to be Playfair Display. It shows properly on mobile but not on desktop. It seems to be back and forth on the backend of the Elementor editor as far of if it shows it correctly.

I know that most of my visitors to my site are going to view on mobile, but I’d like the desktop version to match, for those organizations that go looking for info on us. I want it to look as professional on desktop as mobile!

    Things I have tried:

Disabling every single plugin except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and ElementsKit, which are all needed to build the site. Didn’t change it. I even disabled Pro and Kit and it still didn’t change the font.

I swapped out the theme for twenty twenty-five. Nope. Still the wrong font.

I went into Elementor settings > advanced > Google fonts load …and tried every setting. No change.

I tried changing the font to all different fonts and it won’t show ANY of them.

Obviously something somewhere is conflicting but I can’t for the life of me figure out what it is! I don’t know what else to check.

    What am I missing here?

  • Hi Tina,

Regarding your header font issue, I have inspected the page structure and noticed that your header contains two Mega Menu widgets coming from ElementsKit. These are not native Elementor widgets and we do not have any control over their styling.

I see that your widgets get styling from Elementor’s Global settings but they do not have any rule coming from their product to set the font family. Therefore, you should either change the font family for accent under typography in Global settings or see if this widget has its own typography settings under Style tab.

    I hope this helps.
