• I am making a real estate site and there are forms to contact us in the real estate ads, I need to install smpt for the installation of that place and I get an error and I cannot fix it, I contacted the hosting provider and asked, your password entered is wrong, I tried with the password of my account and application passwords, how can I solve this?

  • Hey there! I assume you are using a plugin for the SMTP service which will then connect / integrate with a specific SMTP provider , so let’s first determine what SMTP service you will be using and if you have all credentials or API key (depending on the service) to integrate to.

    That being said, can you tell me which SMTP service you are trying to connect to and if you already have an account or API key to integrate to? That would be a good starting point to move forward . Thanks

    Hi,

    Yes, that’s correct — I’m currently using the Easy WP SMTP plugin to handle outgoing emails on my website.

    I’m using a Gmail account for this setup.
    At this point, I’m not working with an API; my goal is simply to integrate my active Gmail address with the website so that messages from customers are delivered directly to my inbox.
