    We are having issue with Facebook plugin . so disconnected and trying to reconnect ang getting error reachout to support team. So please assist on this.

    There is an issue with the Woo Portal, which is not allowing users to connect to their pages. We will let you know as soon as this has been dealt with.

    Si elimino la Version 3.4.9 y vuelvo a la anterior sucede lo mismo?

    Hi @alegarcia09 !

    As I mentioned, the issue is with the Woo Portal itself, so downgrading the plugin won’t fix it. We will keep you posted once have any updates regarding this.

    Not working for me even after the update 🙁

    Still having the same issue. Every time I try to connect my pixel I get the below error message

    Still not working for me

    Still can reconnect “Facebook for WooCommerce” to my catalog in business suite again, I even applied the last updated yesterday without success, when this problem will solve please???

    Mismo problema version 3.4.9

    Hi, could you tell us how you resolved this? I updated to the latest version and still can’t connect the Pixel. Same error, version 3.4.9

    Hello everyone,

    I get the error:
    Previous disconnect still processing
    and sometimes:
    Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied

    I’ve already:

    • Removed the WooCommerce by Meta integration from Facebook Business settings
    • Deleted Pixel, Catalog, and Commerce Account
    • Reinstalled the plugin
    • Cleared browser cache and used incognito mode

    Despite all that, I still can’t reconnect my WooCommerce store to Facebook..

    Any help or update from the WooCommerce team or others who found a workaround would be greatly appreciated!
