What plugins can I replace with WP code?

    The sitereport.com report for my website is showing abysmal results. It is showing me a Load Time of 187.71 seconds! The URL for the site is a redirect so the URL looks like it’s from my university. Also, the UNCG header at the top of the page is a requirement that includes Javascript and 3 different style sheets!

    The plugins I’m using are below. I’m hoping that if I replace some of them with WP code, the site will be faster. This isn’t an especially image heavy site, so I have no idea why it’s crawling.
