WPML compatibility failure

    Have been using Events Manager (Free) successfully for several months alongside WPML and the Events Manager/WPML Compatibility plugin on a client’s website. In the past few days it’s suddenly stopped working; can no longer add new events, they just go to the drafts folder. Error message at the top of events list in website’s back end says the following:

    Events Manager is no longer compatible with WPML, so you won’t be able to translate your events. Here’s a list of other recommended plugins.

    When trying to publish the new event, the error message is as follows:

    Your event details are incorrect and cannot be published, please correct these errors first:
    Something went wrong saving your event to the index table. Please inform a site administrator about this.
