Which files are required for upgrading?

    Hi,

    I’m using WP 3.0.1 and I want to upgrade to 3.0.4 but I’ve done some changes to some of the files like single.php, and stuff like that.

    To upgrade from .1 to .4 which files must I update using the new dowload-package? So I don’t replace any of my changed files without having to.
