It looks like the images or screenshots you referenced didn’t come through in your message — would you be able to re-upload them using an external image sharing service (like imgur.com or similar)? Please make sure to censor or remove any sensitive information before sharing.
We’d like to understand how the email template is currently set up, and what exactly the outcome looks like when the email is sent. That will help us determine whether there’s a problem with the WP 2FA email template editor itself, or if the issue may be related to custom code added within the template.
Just a quick note in order to set some realistic expectations: we can only provide support for the built-in functionality of our plugin. While we’re happy to assist with how the email templates feature works, we’re unable to troubleshoot or offer support for custom HTML, CSS, or other code added to the templates due to the complexity and overheads that it might bring, which go a bit over the main purpose of our support, and since we are not familiar with your site and all it’s particularities, of course.
