NotificationX Bar Not Appearing on any Devices

    Hello, I have been using NotificationX plugin for notification bars on other sites successfully, but for some reason on my client’s website, I can’t get the bar to show on desktop nor on mobile. I’ve deactivated the theme to WP’s twenty twenty-five and I’ve deactivated some plugins to try to find the conflict to no avail. The bar appear only when I’m in preview mode but not when I call up her website. I also tried deactivating my cache plugin (WP Fastest Cache) but the bar still will not show up. Is there anyway you can check this for me and provide a fix?

    Please cross-check your NotificationX settings following this : https://d.pr/i/Bi8X1t and ensure that REST API access is enabled. Also, kindly confirm that you’re logged in with a user role that has the appropriate permissions.

    Thank you so much! That was the problem, we had a plugin disabling Rest API, once removed, the notification bar appears and looks great!
