Buy Now / Pay Later Options Not Working

    Hello, I’ve tried writing into your support email the last 2 weeks but have not received any responses.

    I am using your plugin and have enabled Stripe’s buy now / pay later options via Affirm / Klarna.

    Neither seem to appear as an option on my WooCommerce based site with your plugin though. At checkout the user is not offered to use them, no matter what location they are in.

    Your help is most appreciated.

    Hi @coldxot

    I always recommend using the plugin’s help widget if possible when submitting a support request or these forums.

    What country is your Stripe account registered in? Affirm for example, requires the account to be registered in the US or Canada with local processing currency.

    Can you share a product page url to your site so it can be reviewed?

    Hi @coldxot

    I can see on the checkout page that the Affirma and Klarna payment HTML is not loading which almost always indicates there is a 3rd party plugin that’s filtering the payment methods.

    If you’re using a currency switcher plugin then that’s the first place to check. You should register the payment methods with your currency plugin.

    Can you provide a screenshot of your WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page showing that you have Affirm and Klarna enabled?

    Hello and thank you for the clarification. It was unclear that it needed to be turned on in WooCommerce settings as well. As Stripe was already active I thought it would turn on once activated on their end.
