    Seems that my site blocks Chatgpt bot, how can i remove it or exclude that bot and allow it to access?

    same for googlebot

    Hi @mark8888,

    Can you please try disabling the below settings if enabled and check if it solves the issue.

    1) WP Security > Firewall > Internet bots – Blank HTTP headers Ban POST requests that have a blank user-agent and referer.
    2) WP Security > Firewall > Internet bots – block fake Google bots.
