    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce variations bulk action feature. It’s no longer functioning correctly — sometimes the selected values are not applied, and other times the bulk action fails entirely.

    After some testing, I found that the bulk action works as expected only when the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin is disabled. This suggests a conflict between that plugin and the WooCommerce variations functionality.

    The issue began recently, likely after updating WooCommerce and other plugins a few weeks ago. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and disabling other plugins.

    I see someone has already opened a ticket for something similar issue. Can you please update further?

    This is a known issue, and there is also an open request on the official Repo regarding it. The Dev team is looking into it, and we will let you know as soon as we have an update. You can also monitor the issue page for updates.

    An update addressing this issue has just been released. Please complete the following:

    • Delete the connection from the plugin’s page
    • Delete the plugin
    • Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
    • Reinstall and reconnect the plugin

    Hi, we have removed “WooCommerce By Meta” from facebook meta business apps now on website we are not having option to connect woocommerce with facebook. Attached Screenshot: https://ibb.co/C5vW03Jz

    Hi @arsilan ,

    Does this happen even after reinstalling the plugin?

    If so, please go to your options page ( [your-site]/wp-admin/options.php ), search for wc_facebook_external_business_id, and change it to a random value (for example “123”), then try to reconnect to your page.

    HI again.

    Yes this happended after reinstalling plugin. even I disabled other plugins and switched theme too but still same issue.

    Also I tried to change value of “wc_facebook_external_business_id” but on reload, its value comes back, not the value that I put. After that, still the same issue with the page.

    Are you seeing any plugin errors in the debug.log, or the  facebook_for_woocommerce log located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    @marijastuntcoders yeah I see logs for “facebook_for_woocommerce-2025-06-30” from woocommerce status. Let me know if you need logs file.

    Yes, please share the newest facebook_for_woocommerce log, as well as any plugin-related entries in your debug.log using PasteBin.

    Hi @arsilan – glad to hear that!

    Can you try reconnecting the plugin again? First, temporarily disable any cache plugins and clear the cache, then go to the On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, and click on Facebook: Reset connection settings. Finally, follow the plugin’s flow to reconnect to your page.

    If the issue persists, please share the newest facebook_for_woocommerce log, as well as any plugin-related entries in your debug.log using PasteBin.

    Hi again,

    Disabled all plugins except woocommerce and Facebook for woocommerce, but the issue still presist, however I don’t see “Facebook” under woocommerce status -> Tools.

    Can you reach out to your hosting provider, so they can check if there is anything on their end blocking the connection?

    Hi @marijastuntcoders talked hosting provider and run several tests so connection is not being blocked by hosting. Is there a manual option to connect the website with Facebook via the Facebook for woocommerce plugin?

    Hi @arsilan ,

    Are you seeing Facebook options your WooCommerce > Status > Tools page?

    If so, try resetting the connection via these settings.

    If not, change the wc_facebook_external_business_id value (just make sure all cache plugins are disabled and the cache is cleared beforehand), and then reconnect to your page.

    Trying without any cache plugin, even disabled CDN from hosting. If you need temp access, let me know.
