    Hello,
I use MailPoet for newsletter registration. I have a form integrated into an Elementor popup window. When someone submits their email, the user is added to the list and redirected to a page with information stating they must confirm their registration via email. This works perfectly until I enable Captcha protection. The only captcha that works is yours, the integrated one. Unfortunately, it cannot be styled and ruins the page layout. If I enable reCaptcha or hCaptcha, after email registration, everything ends on a URL ending with mailpoet_error=1, and the user’s email is not added. Instead of a redirect, the user is sent to the homepage. It’s strange that the plugin behaves this way with any captcha other than yours, regardless of whether it’s Google or hCaptcha. It’s a newly installed WordPress with minimal plugins. Only Elementor PRO and WP Fastest Cache are installed. Deactivating the cache plugin didn’t help. I don’t want verification using your captcha because it cannot be incorporated into the website’s design. The site is hosted on an Apache server with PHP 8.4, and everything is up to date.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

So I solved the problem. I found out that reCAPTCHA of any kind simply doesn’t work when the login form is placed inside an Elementor popup window. It’s as if the Elementor popup is blocking this functionality. So I created the login form in a different way—on a separate page where everything works fine. In case someone else is facing a similar issue, the problem lies in the Elementor popup. It just doesn’t work there, no matter which form you use—it doesn’t even have to be Google’s reCAPTCHA.
