Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorFrontendConfig is not defined
-
Hello, the following error is displayed when I have activated the plugin: Uncaught ReferenceError: elementorFrontendConfig is not defined. Note, this is only on pages where the plugin widget is not active. I have tested 2 web domains and on the 2nd where I have not activated a widget yet, the error immediately appears after activating the plugin. I found the error with the F12 of the browser.

Dear @marceldekker,
Thanks for sharing your issue with us and apologizes for the inconvenience.
We will request you to share your website link where you have found the error. And make sure you are using the latest version of this plugin.
Thanks in advance. The website I want to use the plugin for is currently running in a test environment and the other was the target website when the development of the website is finished, that’s how I found out about these errors. I’m using: Element Pack Lite – Addons for Elementor Version 5.11.0.
Dear Marcel Dekker,
Thanks for sharing the version number. We checked the same version 5.11.0 on our site and we can’t find the issue. We request you to share the debug log with us. Also, it is more helpful to debug the issue if you will share your website link where you faced the issue. We will check it and update you again.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Hasib AliHi Hasib,
I have the website (in Dutch) running, where I activated your plugin. I have not yet used the widget itself on this site but the plugin is running at the moment. With F12 you can see what error is displayed, as soon as I activated the Element Pack Addons for Elementor plugin, the error is visible, I have tested several times, and I am sure that the problem arises after the plugin is activated. On my own local test server I have another WordPress theme running (the new theme for this website you viewing) with the same issue. I have tried to disable the other plugins with no result. Note: without having activated the plugin, there are no errors on the site via the F12 debug, so the website is clean from other errors Unfortunately I cannot share login details of this WordPress site, I hope you understand.
This is the website with the activated Element Pack plugin:
Thank you, if you need more data logs i can give it to you but could you specify which one so I know where to look for it.
I hope I have informed you sufficiently and have been able to help you as much as possible in the right direction.
Greetings,
Marcel

Dear @marceldekker,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We’ve replicated your environment using the Hemingway theme, along with the latest versions of Elementor and Element Pack, and we were able to reproduce the same error you encountered.
As you mentioned, you didn’t use any widgets and only activated the plugin. Interestingly, the error disappears as soon as any Element Pack widget is added to the page.
We kindly request you to try placing any Element Pack widget on your page and see if the issue still occurs. Please let us know the outcome.
For your reference:

- Screenshot 2: After using a widget
In the meantime, our team is actively investigating why this issue occurs specifically when no widgets are in use. We’re working to provide a permanent fix as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Warm regards,

Hi BDThemes Support Team,
Thanks for looking into it, it is indeed true that if I activate a widget on a page, the error is gone on that page.
Good to hear that you have also discovered the error and the characteristics of the error in certain circumstances and that you are working on it in any case, that gives a lot of confidence. I will patiently wait for an update of the plugin. My new website is not completely finished yet and I have plenty of time because the old website is running oke for now.
Kind regards,
Marcel
