    Hi there,

Is there any way to show a field based on a specific date interval ? For exemple 10/05 to 25/06

    Hello @digital06

Yes! Forminator fields can have conditionals, which depending of the values of other fields, another field can appear or be hidden.

For example, you can have a Date field, then another field you want to apply such conditional. Edit that field, go to the Visibility tab, there you can add multiple visibility rules to either hide or show that field. From there, you can select the previous Date field, from where you can select the range of dates where the field will shown up, or be hidden.

For more information how this works, please check here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#Forminator-Conditional-Logic

Please check it and if you have any doubts, please let us know!

    Kind regards,
    Jair.

Hi there, the purpose here is to show the field only if the selected date is between may 1 to september 15. But when i choose may 1 it shows “NaN” as you can see on my screenshot

Can you please share an export of the form so that we can take a closer look? Please share the export using Google Drive or Pastebin.com.

I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

    Hi @digital06,

To investigate the issue further, I imported the form to a test website.

However, I was unable to find the Form Field mentioned in the screenshot in the provided form. Can you please verify if you shared the export of the form where you experienced the issue?

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hello @digital06

It appears we have a bug in visibility conditions based on date picker, I can replicate this issue in my lab site using the latest version of forminator.

To investigate further, I have reported that to our development team, we will get back to you if we find a quick fix otherwise, it will be fixed inthe next plugin updates.

    Kind Regards

    Hello @digital06

We ran a couple of tests on our end and got different results; it can’t be replicated with a new form and something is wrong with your form.

Could you please try confirming (Saving) the condition for the date field and check again? That fixed the issue on our end.

    Kind Regards
    Amin

    Hello @digital06

    Hope you’re doing well today!

Thank you for sharing the screen recording. I followed the same steps on the form you shared, but the issue was fixed as mentioned in our previous reply.

This makes me think that something on your setup could be conflicting, perhaps?

To troubleshoot this further, it will need further tests on your end for this could you please perform a couple of tests on a staging/dev environment so that the live site is not disturbed. In case you do the test on the live website, please make sure to have a full backup as a safety checkpoint.

    – Please conduct a full plugin conflict test to see if the issue is still replicated, to do this, you will need to deactivate all plugins on your site except Forminator and check if the form works well, if it works well, please activate each plugin one at a time until the issue is replicated. The last plugin you activate after which the issue is replicated would be the plugin possibly conflicting with the conditions. Here is a guide on Conflict Test: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

    – If you notice the issue just with Forminator plugin active, can you please setup a fresh form and add conditions to the new fresh form and see if it works?

Please do let us know the results of the above tests so that we could take a closer look.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hi there,

i made some test and the problem is coming from Avada

But avada, as you know is the builder of the website + theme, i can’t let it desactivated so i can use the Forminator plugin. Is there a way to find the conflict and fix it ?

    Regards
