I have an error message on my site

    I have had this website since 2010

    for 7 years it ran so well by itself but now it goes down every 6 months or so, i am not good at fixing it .

    its hosted by fasthost and they have said its flagged for misuse and to take action (YAY) but now i can not even logon through the admin or anything it just says FORBIDDEN or REQUEST DENIED

    what do i do? i have spoken to fasthost who tried but said email the misuse team or run a scan on teh website but how when i cant log in .

    I am well and truly lost

    Hi @laurablondedee

    Thanks for posting here! You will not able to login on WordPress dashboard, but you should login in control panel. Then you have to remove affected files from there. Did you try to login on your Fasthost cPanel?
