Google Pay and Apple Pay not works

Hi there,
Google Pay and Apple Pay appear on checkout but if I click and authorize to pay, nothing happen, just refresh the page and create the order on backend but the success page not shows and payment is not completed. The Credit Card works fine as process but order is not marked as completed on backend even the money was taken (this is another issues). Can you please help me with this?

I have tried to test the issue on your site: https://gittanaprize.com/, but since it is running in live/production mode, I’m unable to place a test order.
To help us troubleshoot the issue, please share a public staging or development site URL with PayPal sandbox mode enabled. This will allow us to safely reproduce and investigate the problem.
Alternatively, you can provide the relevant log file (e.g.,

Hi, I have updated the plugin but still not works. The order is created on backend, but not take the money and redirect to success page. Same error on apple pay.

Thanks for the update. We’ve confirmed that the issue was fixed in the latest version. It’s likely the problem you’re still seeing is due to caching on the site.Please try the following steps:
- Clear your website cache – If you’re using a caching plugin like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed Cache, please clear the cache from the plugin settings.
- Clear your browser cache – You can try in an incognito/private window to quickly verify.
- If using a CDN (e.g., Cloudflare) – Make sure to purge the cache from your CDN dashboard as well.
After clearing the cache, please refresh the page and check again. Let us know if the issue still persists.
Hi again, I don’t use any cache on website and I have tried on incognito, same issue. I can activate again sandbox if you want.

Yes please enable sandbox and let me know.So, in sandbox looks like working, with a delay of redirection to success page, but on live, not works.

Please contact the PayPal support team to check if Google Pay is set up and enabled correctly in your live account.Google Pay and Apple Pay is active on my business account. Also, when pay with credit card, looks like payment is on on hold status and not completed.
