RSS feed isn’t updating

I have a series of recurring events created, one a week, repeating annually.

In Events->Settings->Formatting->RSS I have the following:

RSS title format: #EVENTNAME #{m/d/Y}
RSS description format: #_EVENTNOTES
RSS limit: 10
RSS Scope: Future events
Default event list ordering: Order by start date, start time, then event name | All Ascending

However, the RSS feed at TLD/events/feed shows only 1 event. No matter what changes I make, there’s only 1 event, the very first one. No matter what changes I make to the RSS settings, nothing updates. I can change the RSS limit, the title format, the description format, the scope… the RSS feed never changes. It’s like it’s stuck and won’t update.
