Videos Stopped Working!

Hi,

I installed and created my first course in Tutor LMS.

Everything worked until today.

As of today, I am unable to use videos on anything: Course, Lesson etc.

I have tried YouTube, Vimeo, HTML5, Embed and it shows the preview but when I click “Update”, it gives error saying “Invalid Video Source”.

The same video that was working until Yesterday is not working anymore.

Please assist.

Update: Videos work fine when placed everywhere else in Tutor LMS but gives “Invalid Video Source” error when tried to use as Intro Video.

Please guide.

I’m having the same issue. Any attempt to edit or update the course page results in the error message: “Invalid Video Source”. Please help.

Tutor LMS Version 3.4.1
Tutor LMS Pro version Version 3.0.2 (Does not say an update is available.)

I’ve posted this question in the Tutor LMS Facebook group. Perhaps they can help since the Tutor LMS Support page doesn’t include anything helpful.

FYI, I am not having any issues with Lessons or other parts of Tutor LMS. Just Intro Video on Course is not working!

Hi @sherazkhan1988 ,

You can temporarily downgrade your Tutor LMS plugin to ver. 3.4.0 to resolve the matter.

Glad to hear the rollback helped earlier!
The good news is that the issue with the “Invalid Video Source” error has been addressed in the latest update. Please go ahead and update Tutor LMS to the most recent version.

My Tutor LMS updated to version 3.4.2 today and everything works in the most fantastic way possible 🙂 !
