    Afternoon,

    I’ve previously used your plugin for a client, however, I’m unable to use it on our new site, not sure why as it’s an entirely new account.

    However, every time I go to connect the plugin via the WP dashboard, I’m always presented with the same error of:

    Trouble connecting your website to 10Web: Something went wrong. If this website is already connected to the 10Web dashboard via the manager plugin, please disconnect it from the manager plugin to be able to use 10Web Booster.

    I’ve uninstalled the plugin, I’ve installed it via your zip download through your website. I’ve installed via the plugin dashboard, uninstalled, cleared cache, but still receive issues. I’ve also tried incognito, still getting issues.
