Themify is not defined console error

    Hello, a client’s site is using Themify – WooCommerce Product Filter v1.5.3 on a product archive template built in Elementor. Their theme is Astra v4.9.1. When we try to use the filter, we receive this console error:

    wpf-public.js?ver=1.5.3:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: Themify is not defined
    at Object.success (wpf-public.js?ver=1.5.3:1:2720)
    at c (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:25304)
    at Object.fireWith as resolveWith
    at l (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:77782)
    at XMLHttpRequest. (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:80265)

    First thing we tried was deactivating WP Rocket to make sure it wasn’t causing scripts to load out of order. That didn’t fix the problem. Also, the same thing happens whether we are logged in or using a logged out/incognito window.

    What should our next troubleshooting step be?
