Hi, after updating to the latest version of the plugin, my placements don’t work anymore. I’ve checked the configuration, the cache and enabled cache busting as you suggest, but they’re still not showing.

I’ve copied and pasted the placement code and it appears in the HTML of the page, it just doesn’t show the ads anymore…

The problem appears in annunci.ilportaledelcavallo.it which is a subdomain of ilportaledelcavallo.
The two URLs are two different installations of WordPress, and the ads server is the installation on ilportaledelcavallo.it

I’m an Advanced Ads Pro user and I opened a ticket almost a month ago, but I haven’t received any replies except “Sorry for the late reply, have you updated to version xxx”.
I hope you can help me because now it’s getting urgent

I was able to solve this issue thanks to the solution in this topic:

Meanwhile I’m still waiting for a reply from the support team
