the pay later button is not visible

    Hi Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I have enabled PayPal Pay Later in the settings of the Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce plugin, and I can see the Pay Later messaging on the product detail page. However, the Pay Later button is not appearing at checkout.Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    • Confirmed Pay Later is enabled in WooCommerce PayPal settings
    • Checked for JavaScript errors in the browser console (none found)
    • Verified that Pay Later is enabled in my PayPal business account
    • Tried using a different theme (Storefront) to rule out theme conflicts
    • Cleared cache and tested in incognito mode
    • Verified that the product price meets the minimum Pay Later requirement

    Hi @namitadotss

    Apologies for not seeing this support request before. On the PayPal Settings page, can you confirm that you have enabled Pay Later for the checkout page? There is a checkbox to enable Pay Later but there is also a setting where you can enable the button for different pages.

    Update: reviewing your checkout page, I see that Pay Later is enabled for the checkout page section. Typically when the button doesn’t render, it’s because PayPal is dynamically determining that it’s not supported for the customer. PayPal checks things like the customer’s location to see if they’re in a supported country.

    I have the same, what countries are supporting the pay later?

    In the upper right hand corner there is a drop down that shows all of the supported countries.

    Thanks! Looks like as a merchant you would also need to be located in one of those countries to offer it. That is a shame.
