Dependent widgets in Event Manager

Hi,
we’ve implemented two blocks in the sidebar on our website: an event calendar and a list of all published events.
We use “Events Manager” as a plugin for events, and we’re very happy with it so far. For quicker orientation or an overview of published events, i’m thinking of implementing dependent blocks (widgets) in the sidebar on the website.
In the upper block, we display a widget with a monthly calendar view, which provides a rough overview of all events published in the selected month. In the second block below, we display a widget (events) that displays all published events in the future.

My question: Is it possible to configure the second widget, “Events,” to only display the events of the month selected in the first widget, “Calendar” (i’d say: like dependent dropdown lists in Excel)?
