Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Astra Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

Try to disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.

Yes, we just found out that there is a conflict with one plugin. When we disable one plugin, the dropdown works fine, the plugin name is YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium
Is there any solution to resolve this?
Can you tell me the steps on how i do that
I installed that plugin, and it is still not working.
@bushrasyed
I installed the free “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter” plugin
and activated the plugin and made a test with my Registration page.
Yes, the dropdowns displays at the Registration screen page bottom.
Activating the “Conflict Remover” plugin fixed the issue at my site.
Settings for the “Conflict Remover” plugin at
UM Settings -> Access -> Other:
* UM Form Pages with conflict: Select your Registration page.
* Active Plugins to exclude : Select “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter pro”

@bushrasyed
I have made an update of the plugin to version 3.3.0 with a plugin Settings link.
Didn’t get this, should I uninstall the conflict remover plugin and again install the new version?
@bushrasyed
You can download the new ZIP file and upload by WP as before.
WP will replace your current plugin with the new version.
Thank you, it’s resolved.
