Hello the block is not function so use plug in for feed back i try to ad block it want let me edit .

Have you tried to add testimonials from the library?
try and see if it is also giving an error. If the error still persists, try checking the error log from the inspect element developer devtools.
right click on the editor where the error shows up, and select inspect/inspect element. find console, and look what the error message are.
And did you install W3 Total Cache plugin and activate the minify js option?
