About which Styles link are you talking about? There are few theme options that are under “Appearance” tab in the back-end of wordpress admin panel of your site.
More detail needed if you are not looking for this answer.

What I’m looking for this how to change from the double column to the single column template. One set of instructions I found showed “Twenty Ten Styles” as a link under Settings.
I don’t see anything under the Appearance tab that would change that.
So, it this option only available during the initial install? I cannot find anything in my Twenty Ten back end like what is shown under the “One and two-column templates” at http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2010/04/26/new-theme-twenty-ten/
Are you sure?
Go on “Pages” tab in back-end, select any page which you want to use as full width, you’ll see that option on the right side of the page.
