Theme update: code improvements and misc changes

    Hi,

    For users with a DarkOrange child theme:

    • Most files contain (minor) code improvements (please compare with your file version)
    • File header: merged the 2 header containers (header-first and header-second) into 1 (header)
    • Separate header containers are not needed

    For users with custom CSS:

    • Changed classes header-first and header-second into header
    • Changed class post-metadata into post-meta
