Lots of problems after update

After update on Friday we noticed ads in places they weren’t meant to be. In the widgets, the conditions were wiped, and the ad selection missing too.
On pages that had the block editor widget the block sometimes loaded, but if I wanted to reselect the ad group, then the block broke and was replaced by error “The block has encountered and error and cannot be previewed”. The other thing I noticed was many of the ad URLs were empty and I had to add them multiple times before they saved. And even when I saved it told be I needed to save before leaving the page. Have rolled back to 1.56.2 and things seem to be working again.
Are you aware of these types of issues?
