No setting for “New subscription renewal orde” email

    I’m selling a subscription. And I (admin) received emails “New subscription renewal order”

    Those emails do not have included invoices.

    In the plugin settings, the attach section do not list these emails like I would expect :

    New subscription renewal order (admin email)

    Am I missing something and is it another entry of the list?

    Hi @paddletroke,

    We show all the WooCommerce emails, even the custom ones added by third-party plugins, therefore, if you are not seeing that email notification there, it is likely that the subscription plugin you are using is adding the emails in a non-standard way.

    Thanks for your feedback. I am using the Woocommerce Subscription plugin so the ‘official’ woocommerce plugin.

    Thanks for the clarification, @paddletroke:

    As far as I know, WooCommerce Subscriptions adds new email notifications that are used for renewal orders, so you would need to select the notifications for this kind of orders to generate/attach invoices on them (which works likewise than the ones for the regular orders: based on its status):

    I have seen those. But none of them matches the email title nor mention the (admin email) so I wondered if it was missing from the addon. But I guess it’s one of those emails then.

    Probably the ‘New renewal Order’ I would venture. I will try and confirm.

    I also think that “New Renewal Order” is the one you are looking for 😉
