UM PDF User Submitted data – issue

Hello!

I have installed UM PDF User Submitted data plugin: https://github.com/MissVeronica/UM-PDF-User-Submitted-data

However (despite the presence of the plugin on the list and in the /plugins directory) its operation is not visible. The meta-key um_pdf_submitted is empty.

“The PDF file creation is enabled per email template” – how this should be understood? Is one of the email templates used directly to generate the pdf file or the placeholder {pdf_submitted_link} can be only placed in the email content?
