That is not a plugin, it’s a function of a theme. look for a theme that does what you want.

I have choosen wordpress for its being handy. im not familiar with coding, scripts and codes that i have to have in a function theme. and unfortunalty i don’t know how to find a theme with that function available. could you guys give me the code for such thing so that i can copy paste it in the function form. this thing is a very handy and usfull thing but unfortunalty theres no direct answers to this. i really am mixed up.

no we can’t and no there isn’t.
It’s not some code you can copy & paste into a theme’s functions file – it’s a *feature* of the front page of the theme.
look up “magazine themes”.
I renamed this thread to something actually useful. Having your post title explain what you need is a lot better than using my name, which just makes me chuckle 😉

Alvaro’s plugin’s really only good for sidebar stuff, and not for the main display of your site.
Given your reaction the last time I moved your post, I’m hesitant about closing this – even though it really is generic WordPress and not MultiSite. This subforum is for Multisite specifically. You don’t have it yet, and themes work, regardless of if you have MultiSite or not, so there’s no worry there 🙂
