    I have a problem with one specific product:

    Once a customer add it to the cart, going to the checkout.. everything is fine.
    But once a customer buys it, the order is coming in empty.
    We can’t see what a customer has bought, the customer can’t see it either in their mail.

    After asking my host, woocommerce product add ons staff and woocommerce I updated everything. Theme, plugins, woo, everything.
    After that I tried to deactive every plugin and tried a testorder after every single plugin, but still.. the same problem.

    Thanks for reaching out! I appreciate you taking the time to update everything and test by deactivating plugins. Since the issue persists with only WooCommerce active, let’s troubleshoot further.

    Could you please provide more information? For example, if you deactivate all payment plugins and try placing an order using a default payment method like Cash on Delivery, do you still face the same issue?

    Also, did this issue start recently, or was it working fine before? If it was working before, do you recall any changes made to the site (e.g., plugin updates, custom code changes) around the time the issue began?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site setup better. Please share the necessary information below so we can investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
