Nope, but you could add a shortcode and list related (or random items) as decided by yourself.

I am trying to float images left and content right. The add to cart box won’t float up into the space and nor will the share this. It seems I might have to hack templates or actually build a theme from scratch.
What do you think please?

For fake using random – [eshop_random_products]
or you could use [eshop_show_product] and specify the ones you want.

hmm for the float issue you could try using the addtocart shortcode [eshop_addtocart] but I don’t know if that will help.
