Empty (sanitized?) body in received emails

Hi,
Unfortunately, nothing is displayed in the body of the mail when we open it in the mail program. The FluentSMTP log also shows no text => Email body (sanitized)
What could be the problem here?
I have used FluentSMTP before on another website and had no such problems.
Interestingly, however, as an admin I also receive an email in which the body (i.e. the message) is displayed in full.
