Payment not loading

    Hi,

    Since a few days, when I try to pay for an event, the payment window doesn’t load. Here’s a screenshot of the issue : screenshot. When I order a product it works, but not an event.

    Hello,

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the theme or third party plugin please check by deactivating theme and plugin.

    Hi,

    So, it turns out that it’s Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce, also developped by WP Swings that’s creating the problem. Is there any way you guys could fix this ?

    If this is true:

    it turns out that it’s Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce, also developped by WP Swings

    Then you posted in the wrong plugin support forums.

    To troubleshoot that other plugin post in that other plugin’s support forum.
