    I don’t know why but in the Woo documentation it is indicated that you can automatically generate a password/ or ask the customer to create it. However, I don’t have this option in my dashboard! I don’t understand why. As a result, customers can create their account but they can’t create a password and must go through the link in the email to create a password (if they were disconnected between the order and the consultation of the account, after creation)

    Hi there!

    I understand your concern. I checked the screenshot you shared, and I can see that you have enabled the option “Send password setup link (recommended)”. When this option is enabled, customers cannot set their password during account creation and must follow the password reset link sent via email.

    If you want customers to set their password on the same page instead of receiving a reset link, you will need to uncheck the option “Send password setup link (recommended)”. Once disabled, the password field will appear during account creation.
