How to know the pages are being cached?

    Hello,

    I have followed the installation instructions. The htaccess is modiefied, I do see files being created in the public_html/wp-content/cache/ folder..

    The settings are as follows https://imgur.com/3OlEXgq however, if i view the source code after a hefty amount of refreshes, it looks like non of the settings seem to be applied, ie looks like the original with a gazzilion css and js files and the HTML not minified.

    Am i missing something?
