Block IP

    This is a general question on how to use the plugin.

    I am a NEW user of Wordfence. We are currently using the tool feature to monitor live traffic. If a logon attempt has been BLOCKED, should we BLOCK IP also?

    Hi @jlkogut,

    Thanks for reaching out! You don’t typically need to manually block IP addresses, as Wordfence will automatically block malicious actors for you. If you haven’t already, I recommend reviewing your Brute Force Protection settings in Wordfence > Firewall > Manage WAF to make sure they meet your site’s needs.
