RankMath Pro – Everything was good until it stop working

I subscribed to RankMath’s Pro plugin for 2 years and it worked as it should without a problem. However, about 10 months into the 2nd year of my subscription the analytics section which fetches data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics stopped working. I reach out to RankMath for support and they provided me list of actions to follow, most of the actions I had already taken but I carried out their suggested actions again. This did not resolve the problem. I was then advised by RankMath support the CRON job was not running on my site and I should contact my hosting provider. My hosting provider was more than helpful and confirmed the CRON job was operating as required and there were no errors being reported. During further emails with RankMath support they continued stating they can fetch analytics data manually with their own debugging tool and could show the required CRON job was not working, therefore it was the hosting. The support I received did not extend beyond this, so I will now be changing to a different SEO plugin when my subscription expires in a few weeks.
