Converting wordpress website to mobile app

Hello,

I’m trying to convert the wesbite i worked on with all the functionalities and the mobile apps so i wanna ask you if their is any way to do that .

I tried using median.co and got the files but the app is being rejected from google play everytime i submit and its been the third rejection for the reasons found below

Not adhering to Google Play Developer Program policies

Play Console Requirements: Violation of Play Console Requirements

Data safety section in Google Play User Data policy: Invalid Data safety form

SO is their any way that helps me convert the websites i’m working on to mobile apps without paying the very high fees set by different platform? or is their any files or code to make wordpress files compatible with google and apple standars.
