woocommerce hoks missing when filtering

woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item hook is not showing in husky filtered pages.
We have a custom developement to show a dropdown in archive (shop pages) that is hooked to woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item. This was working perfect until some update of husky filters.
Don’t know what had changed in Husky filters but this dropdown is not present any more when filering whith husky.
