Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.
It will fix the issue. Did it help?

I have discovered that the Cleantalk plugin logs show the approvals as “comments,” yet they are manifesting as registrations on the website. The registrations occur even when the “Anyone can register” setting is turned off and post comments are also turned off.
